Edgecube has been using CodeIgniter lately for a few in-house scripts. We were having some problems with moving our scripts from our local machine to our development server. We got everything moved over okay using Beanstalk’s deployment script, but for some reason our .htaccess was not removing the index.php out of our URLs. In our search for an answer, we found this website that has the most detailed and explanitory .htaccess file available.
